Overall, there were a few things that were adequate, but some others that were just wastes of time and money.

My feeling is that the kitchen was aiming more for the Czech palate than anything resembling authenticity. Too bad.

The little sausage burgers were tasty, especially with a little syrup. The bacon was big and thick, but on the hard and chewy side.

The show took place at La Fabrika. It's an art gallery and performance venue in the Holešovice neighborhood of Prague 7. It has a modern style that reminded me of places I'd been to in Los Angeles and Atlanta.
