DescriptionCLEAR HEAD is a project, which began as an idea that took 9 months to bring to life and continues to grow. Come to heaven and sit by the fire, under the stars and experience the balance between old and new, technology and nature, tasty and healthy. We reside in a fairy-tale house, built in about 1410, on the shortest street in Prague, in the place of a formerly well-known teahouse. CLEAR HEAD is a non-smoking, open-kitchen restaurant and tearoom, where you won’t meet meat… and you won’t mind. It’s a place, whose “genius loci" (spirit of the place) will clear your head, sate your appetite and delight your soul. Enjoy the wonderful game of colours, tastes and smells and let your senses play with delight. We want to share with you our favourite meals which are cooked with the intent of supporting your whole body and bringing a good feeling within. Your experience is important to us. We’ll show you that it is possible to join together different tastes and styles and offer inspiration and choice to all who are looking for it. Reviews:
No butts about it: Smoke-free dining and other places still smokin'
The Prague Post, June 25, 2008 Perhaps the No. 1 vegetarian stop in Prague, the eclectic room — make that rooms — offers clean air that will help clear your head. Step outside to light up.
Restaurant Review: Lehká Hlava
Prague Spoon, Dec. 8, 2008 When Lehká Hlava first opened, I thought it would never last. Its location on a tiny side street – the shortest in Prague, in fact – seemed too secluded to get much foot traffic, and its vegetarian menu seemed a little too wholesome for a nation of dedicated meat eaters. I was wrong. In the past few years, Lehká Hlava has become one of only a handful of Prague restaurants that turn away hungry customers on a regular basis. Even on a Monday or Tuesday night – days when some waiters barely lift a plate during dinner service – reservations are a must.
