Description

The Museum is closed due to its extensive renovation.

Preparation of the new exhibitions (Transport, Mining, Photography and Cinema, Printing, Communications, Technology in Everyday Life, Astronomy and Architecture and Civil Enginnering) and exhibitions (Story of the National Technical Museum and Motor Engines) is much more demanding in terms of funding and time than was originally envisaged. This requires, in addition to substantial funds, sufficient time for their preparation and realization. Opening of the new exhibitions to the public in the newly reconstructed building is planned for Autumn 2010.

We apologize to all those interested in seeing the museum that they have to postpone their visits as a result of these circumstances.
